About Your Host

Hi there! This is Ilari Mäkelä, the founder and host of the On Humans -podcast. I am a Finnish philosophy graduate with a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from Oxford and a Master of Philosophy from Peking University (北大). My publications cover topics such as philosophy of human nature, neuroscience of cultural differences, and fallacies in modern Darwinism. The On Humans -podcast grew naturally out of these interest. I hope you enjoy the show!
